How to backup Widgets & Menu settings?

  • Hello everyone, would you be so kind to let me know how to backup widget settings and also menu settings? Is there any plug-in to help me do that?

    I have a site with a lot of work on widget setup, mainly layout and small configurations on each widget, also the menus and I just want to be able to save and restore their settings every time I update the theme. Please help, thank you!
