    Hi Gioni,

Thanks again for your great plugin!

    I’ve 2 questions:

I’m thinking that somebody is atempting to attack my website. The same IP (from Ukraine) is trying for 3 days several vulnerable PHP code. The IP is blocked (now for 24 hours). I put it in the blacklist, but it always trying and it doesn’t appears whis the black button. Could you tell me what can I do to block it for always ?

I’ve put an IPv4 adresses range, I’m not sure they are blocked. How can I delete it, it doesn’t work when I click on “delete”?

Thanks for your reply, and happy May Day.

Hi! Do you mean that you have put an IP address in the black access list and now you see that IP address on the Activity tab with no black square sign?

    Hi Gioni,
    Thanks for your reply!

I think this IP is trying to attack my site… there are 97 entries since a week. It has been blocked for an hour, then for 24 hours. It’s always attempting to attack with vulnerable PHP code. I put it in the black access list but there is no black square sign… I don’t know what I can do to block it definitly…

Another question: I’ve put an IPv4 adresses range, I’m not sure they are blocked. How can I delete it, that doesn’t work when I click on “delete”?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Let’s start from scratch.

    1. Please do the following: https://wpcerber.com/repair-database-tables/
    2. Clean up the access list table. Go to the Tools admin page and click the Diagnostic tab. In the Database info section find the following title: Table: cerber_acl, rows: xxxx. Click the Delete all rows button next to it.
    3. Add those malicious IP addresses to the Black Access List.

    Hi Gioni,
Thanks for that, I did it.
When I put some IPs in the black list, some are having a black square, but not all of them. The same IP is always attempting to access with vulnerable PHP code. There is no no black square for it, there is a red one when the IP is blocked for 24 hours. So, this IP (always the same) trying, every 2 hours to access. It is this IP which has more than 100 entries for this week… I would like to block it definitively….
