How to block by country?

    Hi.

    In the plugin we see an option to block by “State”. Is “state” = “country”?

    And what would be the semantics? Say I wish to block Germany. Do I enter:

    a) Germany
    b) germany
    c) the country code for Germany which is DE

    Can you please provide some guidance on this? In your example page you had a state in India only and the actual country was in the shipping zone section not the state section. Our use is in a store in the United States. We only want to sell within America (to expensive to ship elsewhere for the type of product).

    The store is getting hit with tons of fraudulent orders from India, China, Philippines and some other countries and we wish to just block the whole countries if possible.

    Hello Maxcom,

    Thanks for contacting us and apologies for the inconvenience.

    In our current plugin version, you can block the user by the state only. There is no country-based feature is available.

    We really like country based feature and we will implement in our upcoming feature.
