How to block Direct linking?

When inspecting element I see on every page load the direct link changes, for example, the first time the link of the download was:

myurl.com/download/test/?wpdmdl=33&refresh=60f5918b2e1e81626706315

On refreshing the link changed to;

myurl.com/download/test/?wpdmdl=33&refresh=60f59315f16121626706709

However, if I copy and paste the first link in the browser it will download the file directly.

I don’t see any expiry setting either.

The file is not on my server btw but on a filehost.
