How to block guest from commenting with a registered nickname

Sadly, due to the nature of how unregistered comments are parsed, you really can’t prevent them from impersonating each other ?? anyone can plunk in Matt’s name and email, and post anywhere. Even if you scan by IP, it won’t help. Too many of us use a large number of IPs.
