How to block the display of the Return to Shop button at the cart page

You mentioned a custom link — this guide has a snippet for setting that “Return to Shop” button to a custom link instead:

Otherwise, this CSS will just hide the button from the page:

.woocommerce .return-to-shop {
  display: none;
}

You can add that in the **Additional CSS** section of your Customizer (under **Appearance > Customize**).
