    Hello @happycreative,

which form plugin are you using?

Pleaso also have a look here: FAQ: customize css code

You can use a filter in your theme or child theme, to add custom css.

    Hello @happycreative,

then I would recommend using the filter. First, you have to identify the right elements and classes in the e-mail. You can send a test-mail from the form and then inspect it. With the filter, you can then apply custom css to the mails.

    Thanks Julian,
Do you have any pointers on where I can find the details to customise it? How would I find the elements and class names?

    Hi @juliangk
Do you have any pointers on where I can find the details to customise it? Or do you offer a service to do this?

    Thanks,

    Hi @happycreative,

depending on which e-mail clients you are using, you can either inspect the e-mails in the browser (right-click, inspect, and then look at the code) or download the e-mail in HTML format, from the client, then open it in the browser and inspect it there, this should be enough to find the elements you want to display in bold. Then just use these classes to change the CSS as described in the FAQ, using the filter.

Alternatively, I can maybe also help you with the issue, if you can’t figure it out. In this case, please send an e-mail to “[email protected]”, referring to this thread.

    Best regards

The issue can be resolved in Elementor directly, as described in their documentation:
