How to build one-click-installer

Hi, I want to learn how to build one click package with wordpress, themes, plugins and sample data, like mirroring demo website. Something like Joomla’s quick starts and Drupal’s profiles. I know that some theme authors provide it, but I couldn’t find anything and I am tired of googling. If anyone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it very much. Cheers, Tomasz
