    You would think that this would be straight-forward and easy, but ….

    I CANNOT see how to simply download ALL the components of all, or some, of my existing UD+ backup sets, in a single action/click.

    Now, stupid me, I WOULD have thought that I could go ‘Select All’ (or selectively Select), and click/select Download as an Action.

    But No – ‘Select All’ only then gives me Delete as an action!!!

    And worse, it seems I have to download each backup component, for EACH backup set, individually eg DB, Plugins, Theme, etc.

    Recipe for errors/mistakes.

    There HAS to be an easier, faster, more manageable, way.

    Hi there,

    The plugin interface does not include a bulk download select option currently.
    You could achieve what you want by using (S)FTP to select and download files.

    I am paying good money for this dysfunctional rubbish?

    You mean i have to select every individual component of every single backup???

    might be a very appropriate time to use a different backup app

    If you’re using the paid version of the plugin you should use the paid plugin support service.
    Our plugin is not ‘dysfunctional rubbish’. Comments like this have no place in a polite forum.

    dysfunctional rubbish” is quite standard English usage.

    And, i think after 35 years of IT systems, Web, UI, design & development, AND, thousands of PC and Web apps (AND extensive English skills), i have some right to express my professional opinion.

    So what’s your problem?

    It is typical, really.

    This mealy-mouth weasel attitude. Just ‘shoot the messenger’.

    for paid version please contact plugin support using their site/email/ticket system.
