How to bulk fill in keyword in the exported excel

    Hi

    Great plugin

    I have 800 posts and yet to add any keywords

    So i used your export function to export it in excel format and want to fill in the kw in the link but the keyword is surrounded by ;””;

    Which no google sheet formulate allow search for the text “”

    So my question is what’s the easier way to bulk add keyword into the excel format and import it back ? Many thanks

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Our export function outputs a .CSV file, sometimes excel is not able to properly format that file, and adds un needed “”. What we recommend is using a free CSV editor to make editing of the CSV file easier. You can also use your conventional text editor like notepad to edit the file, but it easier to use a csv editor.

    hi there, i m finally able to add the keyword to the format the plugin requires

    but then it keep saying theres nothing to import after imported it

    I’m sorry, but it is prohibited to share any emails here in the WordPress Forum, we would have liked to check the file directly but we are are unable to do it here.

    Although if you can send a screenshot of a small portion of the file it opened in a conventional text editor, that would be helpful. Did you export the file from our export feature? and edit it from there? What editor did you use?
