How to bulk import & enroll students?

    Hi, I’m looking at MasterStudy as my new LMS solution.

    How can I bulk import and enroll approx. 4000 existing students across 20 courses and 3 bundles? (only found single manual email invite feature per specific course).

    I couldn’t find any student management features. Where can I see all the students and the courses they are enrolled in?

    Also, is there an option to limit the duration of course access for a specific course?

    Hello @xuanminh,

    It is great to hear that you are about to choose us. Please, accept our apologies for the delay in reply.

    1. We regret to inform you that currently there is no such feature in MasterStudy LMS plugin which allows bulk import/add users to the course. However, we will definitely think about this feature and try to improve the situation in future releases.

    2. There is special section in each course where administrator can see, control all the actions of the enrolled students. That section can be accessed from Dashboard > MS LMS > Courses > Manage Students.

    3. There is special “Time Limit” feature, through which you can set certain period of access to the course. Every student of the course will have that much period of access to the course. That setting can be accessed in Course Builder > Settings > Access section. (screenshot)
