how to bulk optimize 200 older posts?

    1. I started using the plugin, I can edit old posts > update > urls change. I am hesitant to do this 200 more times. Any ideas/tricks to get it to trigger the update?
    -bulk quick edit didnt work and im worried it would remove details from individual posts

    2. I dont post but devs do, when they publish a new post its automatic or do I need to edit/update after?

    I may have a workaround:
    a. bulk edit (check box > edit for quick edit)
    b. turn off allow pings
    c. turn on allow pings
