How to bulk remove dates from internal links

What you are trying to achieve is change permalinks. For this, you would need to login to WordPress Admin Dashboard and go to

Settings -> Permalinks and select Post Name option.

Click Save Changes and your posts would no longer have dates.

I’ve updated the permalink structure. It’s the internal links i want to change that still have the date in the links.

I think its already changed.

Yes i know haha. I’ve changed the permalinks for the posts themselves. It’s the internal links i need to update. For example, go to that same page you visited, and scroll right to the bottom where ‘here’ is linked.

Ah. Now I get it, You wish to check internal links made in blog posts to the new permalink.

Thanks, i had tried these regex before – but i figured it out that it was the particular Redirection plugin i was using from RankMath SEO that was the problem. I was actually doing the right thing, it just doesn’t work. The exact same regex works using the ‘Redirection’ plugin.
