How to call “about yourself” in a list of authors

I am developing a blogsite which i want to create a page that list all the contributors with desciption of themselves.

Eg.
(in a static page “Contributors”)
Sydney Bristow – Agent Bristow is strong both physically and emotionally. She remains strong, despite having to deal with some significant trauma over the years.

Mackenzie Spencer Allen – President Allen is the first female President of the United States. She is called “Mac” by those close to her (except some relatives) and “Madam President” by others.

(…and so on.)

I’ve tried to modify the function wp_list_authors but to no avail. And even tried to create a new tag but failed and disappointed. Can somebody guide me to what I must do?
