How to cancel my free trial

    Hello,
    I’m trying to cancel my wpmudev trial and I totally cannot make it happen. When I login into my account it says I’m under free membership type and I need a new trial to contact support. It doesn’t have any buttons to cancel my premium membership or to delete my credit card on file. I’m gonna get charged on 6/29 and it will be extremely upsetting as clearly I was told it’s very easy cancellation process.
    I know this post is out of topic here but I cannot contact support on premium.wpmudev.org so I’m not sure where to ask.

    We can’t ask you personal details to locate your account through this forum.

    Thank you for canceling it. I went on contact page but when I chose a support topic it would take me to my account and ask to sign up for a trial to receive support. I actually did just realized that I signed up with my personal email instead of the email that I use for that website and that’s why I couldn’t get it… haha crazy
