How to center my footer menu

  • Hi all,
    Can you please let me know how I can centre my footer menus? (social media and footer menu)

    I would also like to divide my footer menu in 2 and having them side by side. Is this possible?

    Also, I have tried to find my php files but it seems that I cannot access them. I that possible?
