    Hi,
When I view my post on my homepage the featured images look great, but once I click on one of the pages and the article opens up, the featured image gets centered to the left of the page and it looks really strange.
Here you can see an example [ redundant link removed ] but it is exactly the same for all of my posts.
I would like to center the image and have the option to get the full-size image, but their neither is an option to center the featured image as there is an option to make it a full-size image. What can I do about it?
I am a complete beginner and I know nothing about codes and stuff, so thanks in advance for giving me a clear and detailed answer.
Have an amazing day and all the best to you!
    Greetings Erika

    Hi @themexoda

Thank you so much for your reply.
I tried to send you an email on the email address you gave me but it doesn`t work.
The mail was returned with the message that the email address doesn`t exist.
Do you have another email address I could send it too?
    Thank you so much!

@erikaelisa57 Do not send anyone log in information, that’s going too far and the theme author is risking their theme here making that ask.

@themexoda I have archived your replies and flagged your account for moderation. That means a moderator will need to approve your replies and posts. It also means that @ notification from your account will not work.

While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.

If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.

Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:

    You get the idea.

We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.

When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.
