How to change admin email in refined pro theme based website

  • Hello There, I am using Refined pro theme to develop a website. The site is not accepting any email messages nor am I able to change the admin email address. Could anyone please guide me how to solve this problem?

    Although a visitor can submit a message from a contact form etc. the existing admin does not receive the message. I am also not able to change the admin email address to the client`s email address?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hey,

    Looks like the form is built with ninja forms? You can right click on the page in chrome and inspect, view the network tab and click XHR and submit a form. The request that shows up may give you some info if this is failing. I just tried submitting a form on your site and it seemed to go through though.

    If the form isn’t failing it could be your emails. Try setting up a plugin such as https://en-gb.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ to handle your emails through an external service.

    The emails that are sent should be shown in the admin under Ninja Forms->submissions.
