How-to: Changing 2010 Background by time Child Theme

I answered another post about changing the twenty ten theme background image, based on the time of day, daytime or nightime.

I already had code for a seasonal change from a tutorial a while back, so I thought I would add it to a downloadable twenty ten child theme and share.
