    I don’t know why it has been fixed to one specific country and it’s now showing a drop-down option to use on the checkout page because of this it doesn’t move to the next page or payment option. Any help with that?

    First, can you please check WooCommerce -> Settings -> General, and see if you limit selling to only specific countries? – https://snipboard.io/MENZWA.jpg

    This issue may be also caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem
    • If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Try temporarily deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switch to the Storefront theme. Does it work now? Reactivate one-by-one and check to see where its going wrong. (maykato beat me to it!)

    It now worked in Storefront theme, any better solution that causing it in my previous theme?

    But I am not using child theme so I put it directly function.php and my site crashed, any other way to implement it in my previous theme (dose this thing solved the issue). Thank you

    That link will help you change the way it works, but it won’t help you getting it to work properly in the first place. Don’t use the link for now. Let’s try and get your checkout working properly first.

    Storefront is just a diagnostic, not a solution. If it works with Storefront and just WooCommerce, that means your settings are good and the problem is coming from your theme or from one of your plugins. So you’ll need to use Storefront / WooCommerce and check its working, then put the other software elements back one-by-one to try to identify what’s causing the problem.

    When you’ve done that, we’ll need to take a closer look at that element.

    Ok as you said i have put back and activated all the plugins and till now there is no problem but I am still using the Storefront theme. So is that mean that the problem lies in my theme?

    If everything works well when you have Storefront active, but don’t work anymore when you switch to another theme, then it’s safe to say there is an issue with your theme.

    It doesn’t necessarily mean your theme is the problem; it could be a conflict between your theme and another plugin.

    You can try to deactivate all plugins, and only keep your theme active. If the problem is still present then, it’s definitely an issue with the theme itself.

    Country and state dropdowns are now working properly for me.

    The next diagnostic test is your theme + WooCommerce only. Does that work? If not then it looks like the problem is coming from your theme.

    I can’t recall, do you have a commercial theme? If so, that can’t be supported on www.ads-software.com so you would ask for support from your theme vendor.
