How to change block color and font for header

I am trying to migrate my site from .com to org. and have just about everything but the fonts and colors. I am using the parament theme and I would like to know how to change the color of the block where it says Posted by ….
Also, I would like to know how to change the fonts for the title/header of the posts. (on the .com the 3 fonts are Raleway, “calluna sans”, Ubuntu)
