• I recently purchased a wordpress template which is intended as a veterinarian blog, and is titled thus. I intend to use it as a simple website for an animal shelter but do not know how to change the title that came with the template to my title. If there is a simple way to edit the css style sheet or other files in the wp admin panel, I would be so happy!

  • if it’s a normal text title, you may be able to change it under ‘admin’ ‘dashboard’ ‘settings’ ‘general’ ‘blog title’.

    Hello I am having the same problem as user “vdavids” and I tried the solution that was listed here, but it is still not changing my title on my Word Press template. Any suggestions?

    By the way, I am using the Word Press template 23256

    if this is ‘family smile’ theme, then the title is in a graphic logo.gif as background image:

    from the style.css of the theme:

    .logo h1 { width:270px; height:42px; background:url(images/logo.gif) no-repeat 0 0; font-size:1em; font-weight: normal; color:#fff; cursor:pointer; text-indent:-1000em; overflow:hidden;}

    however, i would expect that a paid-for theme would have some instructions how to chance the title …

    thank you! Yes, this is the ‘Family Smile’ theme. Do you have any suggestions on how to find out how to change this?
