How to change categories in menu?

    and another thing, How do i change the links in the right sidebar? under the “connect” link.?

    You can edit category names in the admin: Dashboard > Posts > Categories
    https://[yourwordpressurl]/wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category

    You can change the way items are labelled/ordered in the menu in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus (if your theme supports custom menus properly)

    I’m not seeing any “connect” link or any right sidebar in that image. Perhaps letting us actually look at your site might be more helpful.
