how to change checkout and cart view texts

Hi there.
im try to change checkout button text in the minicart header menu for Request Form and View cart for Request list. and some message like “your cart is empty” by “your request list is empty”
is for a unusual fabric product configurator, using storefront, woocommerce and elementor.
i have installed too woocomerce variations swatches, asq for quote (just for enable the request information change in add to cart button products)
i intented loco translate / saywhat? / and some php snippets but dont work!

i apreciate some help if some of yours know how the right way to make this changes.
