how to change color of comment-reply button

Hello,
how to change standard blue color of the comment-reply button and the standard blue border of it’s following textarea, please? I’ve tryed all the classes around. In the opposit to the post-comment button at the bottom of the page it is not an input[type=submit] button!

Hi you can change the button color by changing the button class or by just adding a css code. If you are not familiar with the bootstrap button classes please see this documentation https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/components/buttons/. Thanks ??
