Adding a menu to AMP pages in Reader mode (formerly Classic) is not currently a feature exposed in the user interface. See https://github.com/ampproject/amp-wp/issues/2044

But you can extend the templates to add the features you need. For more info, see https://amp-wp.org/documentation/how-the-plugin-works/classic-templates/

Also, you can find information about how others have implemented menus or extended templates by searching the forum.

The documentation explains how to approach modifying the templates but unfortunately some level of coding is required to do such modifications.

Probably in the future more features will be added to Reader mode templates. For now the help we can provide is in the documentation, and we the information in the forums. Please check those sources.
