How to change confirmation message? MailChimp List Subscribe Form

Thanks for posting to the forum. I totally understand the need to get that message changed. We’re happy to help.

As mc_nate had mentioned in a previous thread (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-mailchimp-list-subscribe-form-changing-errorconfirmation-messages?replies=20), we’ll actually want to make that change to the PO file that comes with the plugin, where you can rewrite the inline error/success messages to your liking. As that thread mentioned, we’ll want to follow the steps in this guide to get that PO file changed:

As for editing the look of those messages, you’ll want to utilize the following two CSS classes:

.mc_success_msg (for the successful, confirmation message)

.mc-error-msg (for the error message)
