How to change contact info

I’m sorry about your husband’s passing. Could you provide a link to your site so we can try to work this out?

Anyhow, here it is:

Why is it not showing up?

Are you able to access that Page in the back end of the site?
Can you access the custom page template file that it is using?

Like I said, my husband set it up, so this is all geek to me. lol
I am a bit of a geek, but this was really his area of expertise.
I went into the dashboard, onto pages, but that wasn’t much help.
Any idea where I would find the template?

Navigate to Pages->All Pages and then select the Contact page. That should bring up the editing screen for that particular page. Now, we have no idea how this site was put together or how it’s custom theme works, so we’ll be flying blind from this point onwards. That out of the way, can you see any reference to the faulty address in the content area?

That’s where I was trying to find the info, because that made the most sense to me.
However, the only thing I see is Revisions and dates. There’s really nothing else notable.

I took a look at your site and noticed that you are using a theme called Simple’n’Bright. If that is correct, then the option for changing your address in that theme is located under the theme’s options.

In your admin area, go to Theme Options -> Contact. You should see a list of fields for your contact info.
