how to change css of sidebar-widget-title

    i want to change the css-entry of the sidebar-widget-title. i want to set a line before and after the title like this: https://cdn.staticfloat.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/10/centered-line.png

    The css-value is <h3 class=”widget-title”>sidebar-Title</h3>

    In which file is this set? i cannot find it. i only find the css value from the footer-widget-title
    in the file “chosen-pro/inc/widget-areas.php”. here you can change the values for all widgets in the footer, Before Main Content, After Page Content and After Post Content but not for the widgets in the sidebar. ??

    Can you help me?
