mod_rewrite must be enabled in your server for custom structure aka pretty permalinks to work

My Server not enabled to do rewrite modules should be installed separately,So i not know how to do? you know some good plugins for use with change default permalink ?

I would recommend moving to a better webhost. Having said that, if moving is not possible for you at this time, then look again in the page link I gave you, near middle of page you’ll find https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Using_Permalinks#Permalinks_without_mod_rewrite

If you have no access to your httpd.conf file and cannot generate your .htaccess file, you’d have to go to adding index.php to your custom structure – not that good nor good-looking

To use pathinfo permalinks put index.php/ at the start of your custom permalink structure:
    /index.php/%postname%/
