How to change default RSS feed title?

I would recommend using the WordPress SEO plugin by Yoast. It lets you alter titles and meta descriptions pretty easily and will likely fix this title problem you’re having.

What? Is there any option like that? If yes, then please guide me with it, as I already have it but don’t know how to change the title.

And I have linked the sitemap to Feedburner (and feedly) and peoples see Tricky Techs | Tricky Techs title there, that is my main problem. As I want to show only its name, not doubled title.

In that case the duplication might actually be happening because of wp SEO lol. Try playing with the force rewrite titles checkbox and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks for your support Andy. I have fixed it by forcing its title to keep Tricky Techs. Also I was have the problem from always, even when I was not using WP SEO by Yoast.

I am running the Yoast WordPress SEO. Last month the feed title was fine. So something has changed it recently. I only noticed because I send out a feed driven newsletter once per month and it has the double title in content of the email and in the subject line.

Can I get some trouble shooting advice or is this likely the plugin doing this?

Also I have checked the box in Yoast for “Force rewrite titles”. If I uncheck how do I refresh the feed to see if any changes have occurred. Does WP automatically refresh it?
