How to Change Delay Code to Use Slider (instead of Popup)

I think I remember getting your question on our chat. Replacing:

window.OneSignal.registerForPushNotifications()

with:

window.OneSignal.showHttpPrompt();

is the right approach! A couple things to keep in mind:

– If you’ve already dismissed it, you won’t see it for 3, 7, or 30 days (in increasing order). You should clear your website data by following: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/troubleshooting-web-push#section-clearing-your-cache-and-resetting-push-permissions.

– The native HTTPS prompt can never be replaced/bypassed. If you want to show the slider, please know that users will have to click Allow on the slider and then click Allow on the HTTPS native prompt. This is intentionally done by the browser to provide a consistent trustworthy experience.
