Unfortunately, I entered the wrong email address for the cookie scan, so I can’t confirm it. How can this be changed?

    Hi @don-kong,

Thanks for reaching out to Webtoffee!

Please go to GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > Advanced tab and click on Delete site data from CookieYes button. Hopefuly that would reset the email entered.

Ok, I understand. Thank you very much.

@webtoffee This doesn’t reset the password and we are struggling with this almost weekly. Even if we input a different email in the beginning, CookieYes is using our Admin email. It happens with manny different websites.

When I press “disconnect”, it doesn’t reset the email and tells to approve the link (that never arrived).

    Same as well.

I inserted a wrong email and i can’t use the plugin now because your RESET BUTTON doesn’t work

Strange issue for a plugin who sells the “forget me” cookies service ?? ?? ?? ??

It’s a shame, but i will move to another plugin

Just want to note that using the instructions provided worked for me (GDPR Cookie Consent > Settings > Advanced tab and click on Delete site data from CookieYes button). However, I had to Disconnect from CookieYes in GDPR Cookie Consent > Cookie Scanner first. Hope this helps.
