how to change fonts? on menu bar and its backround colour

    i am working on the Vantage theme a very nice theme.
    could you please inform me how to change fonts on the navigation menu and also its backround colour?I have installed easy google fonts and managed to change headers and paragraphs except the menu navigation bar.What is the code needed to add in a new font control related to menu nav bar?
