How to change img dir from ‘/sites/blog_id’ to ‘/’

I want to duplicate without files directory, because i using plugin Network Media Library as central image. but when i duplicating site, featured image didn’t show and i know whats the problem, because featured image link is ‘/sites/blog_id’
