How to change increments on Skills progress bar

  • I really like this theme a lot! I’m just trying to figure out how to adjust the increments allowed on the progress bar on the skills posts? I’ve searched the editors trying to find where this is defined and cannot. I’d like one that shows 0% and another that shows 99% but it only allows 5-100% in increments of 5. How can I change this?

    I found where to edit these under functions.php, but when I place one of the fields on 0% the progress bar does not appear…
