How to change lang?

    I have russian language site, but i see english text after post: “If you have found a spelling error, please, notify us by selecting that text and pressing Ctrl+Enter.” How to change it to russian text: “Если вы нашли ошибку, пожалуйста, выделите фрагмент текста и нажмите Ctrl+Enter.”?
