How to change language in comments field in Posts

My website is in Russian. And I need to change comments fields from English into Russian, like wording “leave a comment” and “your email, name. etc”. Also I need to translate “posted on the date” and “this entry was tagged” and “bookmark”.

I read comments on here saying I had to go to dashboard – design – editor. But I just don’t have “design” on my dashboard. I think I’ve clicked literally every single button on my dashboard and customize board and read about 10 different forums and I stil can’t find that place to change the language.

Any help please? Would so appreciate it!
