How to change link colour when using page scroll?

    Hi on my sub nav items I’m using the page scroll ID plug in to navigate within the page. My header and my sub nav menu are fixed so everything below them moves to where it should. I would like the sub nav items to turn white on click or once it reaches the page as shown in the linked image

    How can this be achieved? The sub menu is coded manually in the main page.
