How to Change logo in header

Hi,
I’ve got a similar issue. I’m planning to use the ‘Sleek Black’ theme on my blog and want to insert my logo so that it will show up on top of every page. I know it’s possible to edit the theme files, but well, unfortunately I don’t know a thing about HTML, CSS, PHP and everything related to those languages.
So, I really would appreciate any help on this!!! ??

i know there is alreadya logo as the image at the top in the header already but for some reason the size of it is very restricted and I want to put a different one in which is closer to a 468×60 kind of size.

Thanks… that helped a bit but the top of the logo has been chopped off… there should be a full orange circle at the beginning on top of the letters but its been chopped off… any way you can fix that pls?
