How to change Mileage to Hours in the Search Inventory widget

We are considering buying the Pro Theme and additional plugins to get this to work.
This is for heavy equipment, so we need to change “mileage” to “hours”. The “mileage” field in the inventory search widget would need to change to “hours” so items can be searched and sorted by hours.
Do any of the paid plugins accomplish this? Are you available for custom work?
