    Hi,
I would like to change the images on the front screen.
Instead of ‘My Diary’ I would like to write an About Me post, so I have written a new post (uncategorized) and I have inserted it on the front page. (I don’t know if it is the best solution for it..)

The problem is that the images (which came along with the template) are remained there. images that randomly changes. How could I change them?

And I don’t want this post (About Me) to shown in the Recent post area.

    Thank you in advance!

  • Hi @crealexiadiy, and thank you for contacting us.

In order to select a post that you want to show up under “My Diary” section, simply go to Appearance -> Customize -> Front Page -> Large / Highlight Post and select the post you want to show up there. Click “Publish” after you’re done.

Regarding pictures, you need to set “Featured Image” for your posts, and you can disable demo content that came with the theme by going to Customize -> General Settings and switch off “Show Example Content?” option.

Please let me know if you need additional help about this.

    Kind regards.

    Hi,
Thank you for your answer. I have resolved the problem with the images.

I would like to hide this post from the Recent Post area (also from the home page and also from the recent post widget). How could I do it?

@crealexiadiy – If you want to hide the post – the easiest way would be to edit the highlight post and edit the date – move it a little farther into the past.
