How to change my header text colour?

    Hi
    I am trying to change my header text colour.
    I am currently using wordpress under the ‘free’ plan
    As I don’t want to upgrade to Premium just yet.

    However I want to change the header text colour on my page
    (the text that says “Sammy’s Beauty” currently in purple)
    So that you can see and know what I am talking about my blog site is https://sammysbeauty.wordpress.com/

    I have googled every possible way of doing this and tried to access the CSS and followed video tutorials that show how to do it from dashboard going to appearance, customize then editor, however that option is not there for me!? I also cannot find or use the CSS page?
    Is this because I am running the ‘free’ version and not premium?
    Is there any way I can get to the ‘editor’ page or the ‘CSS’ page so that I can change the colour of the themes text?

    Someone please help me! ??
