How to Change navigation and text color

  • The side bar navigation ie. About us, Links, FAQ, Contact Us, Privacy Policy and the Forecast…can we change this so that the background color is Blue instead of green? And then the text can be in white and when you roll over it or click on it it turns green. We want it to be same color scheme as the tabs that run across the top of the page
