How to change nearby places?

  • Hello everyone
    I have these problems with Nearby places not working correctly after i updated-
    If i use the “rank by: prominence” it typically doesn’t show any of the nearby places fields i’ve selected
    If i use “rank by: Distance” it shows only a few, and if i expand the radius, it shows even fewer on some of the properties.

    Does anyone have a fix for this, how do i make it show all of the nearby places that i have picked? the radius doesn’t matter, i just want it to rank by distance

  • Perhaps you do not specify parameters in the settings. Go to the “Real Estate Options” page, select the “Nearby Places” tab and add the objects you want to appear next to the Real Estate. Click the “+ Add more” button to select “Type place” – hospitals, banks, schools, shops and so on. After that, click “Save”. Should help, I had a similar problem, but then I set up – added “Type Place”.

    Most likely, you only have a boutique, add other types.

    Hey Nikonn, and thank you for your reply.
    I have already added multiple nearby places as School, ATM, Groceries and more
    It’s like, when i add more than one nearby places it wont show any of them.
    For some updates ago i worked perfect but now it doesnt matter if i choose Prominence or distance or how many meters in radius i choose.
    Maybe i should try reinstalling the plugin, or just remove Nearby places until a new update comes out

    Try to update the plugin. First save the Database – to restore or roll back. I’m using the latest version 1.4.8. In some “Type place” ads, some are not displayed. Most likely it depends on how many parameters you have chosen for display and what range (500, 1000 meters). This is my assumption, it is not a direct indication of action. If you updated the WordPress before the new version of the plug-in “Essential Real Estate” was released, then try to update the plug-in to the latest version. Most likely this may depend on how accurately you specify the address of the property, then the “Type place” will be displayed with a higher probability, because they will be tied to the specified radius next to the object being sold.
