how to change optimized media file URL to same as its unoptimized counterpart

  • In attempting to improve site speed, I compressed the images on my site.
    Now that the images are optimized, I need to re-upload them.
    However, I know that in order for the optimized images to appear in the same place as the original, the optimized images must have the same File URL.

    How can I achieve this?
