how to change page url

Just edit your post and change the title and the url??

You can change the page name from wordpress admin area -> pages -> edit section.

Exactly where are you talking about? Here is where I’m at:
https://www.insuranceclaimhelp.org/wp-admin/edit-pages.php

Edit the page where “you are at”, click on the title of the page that you want to edit. Just below the title it says “permalink” and right next to that “edit”.
