How to change permalink structure for existing site.

    I have been looking for solution how to change permalink structure from default to postname.

    I have apache2 with mod_rewrite enabled. I all so have set file info directives. And i do have .htaccess file witch is empty before changing permalinks and it got text in it after i change permalinks.

    But after changing permalinks all i got is page not found errors.

    I’m i doing something wrong or any ides what might be problem.
