How to change permalink and Redirect pages?

    I am using ” mysite/%postname%/” structure for my website. I submited 980 pages to google webmaster but it index only 334 of them. Currenty, all my permalink has + between the words within postname and it looks like “mysite/google+chrome+nice+tutorial” it doesnt even have “/” at the end .Also,some posts show as 404 on googleplus,buffer etc.,
    Looks like I’m on wrong track. So, what if change my permalink and I posted about 400 of my posts on almost every social networks. I know they will disappear but is there any way to call those permalink to right one without having 404.

    Also, why my spaces between words withing post name automatically take “+” instead of taking “-” ?
