How to change permalink on page to URL

    Hi- I’m trying to change the permalinks on the HOME page to link to the URL and not the /home folder.

    Here is the site

    The HOME link keeps pointing to dental-intelligence.com/test/home. I need it to point to dental-intelligence.com/test/.
